It had been a long time since I met this girl. I was madly in love with her and wanted to marry her, but I did not have the courage to walk up to her and request her hand. It has been a long journey, but one that has a happy ending. For quite a number of months I was worried about my financial future. I used to spend most of my free time, and I had lots of it, rummaging through ads of organizations that were on the lookout for IT experts. Call it my bad luck or anything else, but each and every organization to whom I sent my application, rejected me. The whole thing was proving to be a real pain since I was unable to understand the logic of my job requests being rejected.

 

I always used to supply all my testimonials and copies of my degrees from a reputed institution. Lady luck finally shined on me. One fine morning a friend of mine rang me up and enquired whether I had completed the ITIL foundation certificate. On replying back in the negative, he told me to apply for the same without any delay. Searching around the papers I found out the name of certain organizations that were affiliated to the ITIL foundation certificate program, with one of them being the ITIL Prime.
